We approached MBS regarding our faulty projector having been unable to find anybody who would look at it. At first they told us it was beyond repair as the parts required were no longer available. They then contacted me to say they had sourced the part in China. They ordered the part and successfully repaired our projector. They were an excellent company to work with. All Hallows Church.
Amazing service. I had an iMac that wouldn’t fire up. It had been at another computer ‘specialist’ who eventually told me after 2 months that it was beyond repair. I went to MBS IT & Daniel thought he knew what the issue was immediately. He kept me informed, sourced the new logic board & within two weeks (including a bank holiday weekend) I have my iMac back. Just a few hoops to jump through but basically my iMac is fully functional, remembering passwords & it’s like there hasn’t been a problem.
