Please be aware that on occasion, our technicians may be on a call-out to a client site.  So that you do not have a wasted journey, please contact us before you would like to drop off or collect your device. 


There are a few ways to contact MBS IT, by phone at 01270 874700 or by email at helpdesk@mbsit.co.uk If you decide to call MBS IT at 01270 874700 and you are redirected to a voice message, please leave your message, and we will get back to you to confirm a mutual time for collection or drop off.

If you are an MBS IT Support customer and have been directed by our telephone answering service to leave a message, this message will then be used to create a support ticket that you may be familiar with. Once this ticket is created, it will be placed in our system for you, and you will receive a confirmation to the registered email address from your company. 

If you have an enquiry, such as a request for a quotation, and you are then redirected by our answering service to leave a message, please do so, as this message will be used to create a ticket from your enquiry. You will not be charged for the ticket generated, but we will get back to you as a priority
